The last Manure Day ended prematurely when the frontend loader died. The machine has been fixed and another date scheduled. This has been incredibly popular with DeKalb gardeners as the manure pile has aged for quite some time and is in great shape for garden amending...

Dear Neighbors:

I hope this finds everyone well and enjoying the beautiful spring weather.

As you recall from our last meeting in February, we decided it would be beneficial to hold informal quarterly community meetings to share information and discuss any particular issues of interest or concern to you. We would like to have our next meeting on Tuesday, May 13, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm., in conference room 1.432 (first floor) of the 1599 Clifton Road building, where we met the last time. Please extend this invitation to others in your neighborhood who may want to participate.

Start: 7:00 pm
End: 8:30 pm

Shamrock Middle School Media Center

Charlie Hendon, owner of North DeKalb Mall, will host a community meeting to show his plans for redevelopment of the mall, including addition of a Costco store and gas station. The plans were previewed last nite by representatives from several neighborhoods and overall the reaction was very positive. Please come out and see his proposal and give him feedback.

Shamrock Middle School is located at 3100 Mount Olive Drive.
