Decatur Beach Party

Polish up your best flip-flops and get ready to enjoy 60 tons of sand on East Ponce. Dance in the streets to the beach music from the live band performing on the stage that stretches across Ponce de Leon Avenue across from the Square.

Activities include children's boardwalk games, a special beach movie on the giant inflatable screen, face painting, wading pools in the sand and more.

Adults $6.50 (in advance); Children 12 and under, free (limit two children per paying adult). No coolers, glass or pets allowed.

Mark and save this date to join us at the second of three community meetings in 2008 which will be held at the North Decatur Presbyterian Church at the corner of Medlock and N. Decatur Road.

This is a great meeting for members and non-members alike. Not only is there a lot going on in our local area to learn about, but this meeting will also serve as key part of our annual membership campaign efforts.
