SUMMARY:CHCA/MANA Traffic Control Plan final meeting
DESCRIPTION:<p>The final meeting on the CHCA/MANA Traffic Control proposal will take place at the North Decatur Presbyterian Church\, 20 November from 7-9.</p>
 <p>This meeting will be used to present the final plan\, turn the plan over to the county\, and discuss what will happen over the next 60-90 days to 6 months.</p>
 <p>There will be a presentation of the two possible options proposed for traffic control enforcement\:</p>
 <p>   1. A hang tag program connected to an ordinance process with periodic police enforcement and</p>
