From Laurel Ridge neighborhood, dated Monday, January 4, 2010, 1:44 PM : "We just happened to put a bill in the mailbox last night/this morning and it was already stolen. They have already tried to draw on our accounts. This was a fluke for us since receiving prior alerts on in."
