CHCA resident Don Sprinkle has created a punchlist, a list of follow up tasks to be addressed after the project has been completed, that he is offering to the rest of us to use for building a collective list or as a model for creating individual task lists: "More than likely, AGL reps will leave a notice in everyone's mailbox once they have completed their work - letting us know to inform them if any problems were left. They'll then give a few days to respond.  ... having been in this situation before on both sides of the deal, it will help if we are prepared.  My real concern is somewhat selfish, but one I believe most will agree with:  keep our neighborhood in as good a shape as we can to protect our property values. So I simply won't overlook the eye sores created by this utility contractor, however small. Thus, I have started a draft punchlist that we can present to AGL/InfraSource at the end of the project, or as they complete each street."

Note: Don's punchlist has been converted into a Google Document so that anyone can add their own items to it online or simply copy it to create their own punchlist.
