From a CHCA board member: On Thursday, July 22 before 4:30 pm, broad daylight, a caucasian woman was driving around our neighborhood in a light green SUV stealing neighbor's yard art. A resident, on the corner of Woodmoor and Densley Dr. saw a woman get out of the car and take a bronze owl from her neighbor's yard. She also took a lawn angel from the resident's yard. When the resident went up to her, she jumped in her car and sped away. This same thing was also reported on the TV news, where a causasian couple pulled up in front of a retirement home, got out of their car and took the planters in front of the front door, loaded them into their SUV and sped away. If you see this happening, get the license plate number and call the police.
