Clairmont Heights Entry Sign Voting ResultsAs there was no clear winner from the choices(#2 led by only 1 vote), we will have a re-vote at the annual meeting. We also hope to have a couple of new designs to put into the mix taking into account suggestions from various residents. Thanks for all of the email votes and great suggestions. Here is info from the mfg's website regarding the sign materials: A: Sign foam, or HDU (high-density urethane) is 100% waterproof wood substitute that has been used by the sign industry for over 15 years. HDU is better than a natural wood product because it will not warp, rot, or crack, is unaffected by temperature and is impervious to bugs. HDU is available in 1 in,1.5 in, and 2 in thicknesses. We need your help. Your board is planning on ordering 2 double-sided, foam-core entry signs for our neighborhood. One will be placed at Densley and Desmond and the other at N. Superior and N. Decatur. Possible design images are at the following links: |
