Save the Date
August 4 and 11 - Clean up Days at ICS. Volunteers are needed to help weed, spruce up and clean up the outdoor space of the school. Work shifts are 8 am - noon and noon - 4 pm each day. This event is suitable for adults and teenagers only. Water will be provided (but please bring your own water bottle). Please bring gardening tools, gloves, debris bags, etc. Please email volunteer coordinator Laura Grundy, laura.grundy@icsgeorgia.or g, to sign up for a shift."
August 26 - 6:00 - 8:00 pm MANA Pool Party - at the Medlock Park Pool !Back by Popular Demand - The pool is reserved and folks are working hard to make this a fun time for all. We will have grilled food and potluck dishes, MANA provided beverages, free swimming, games , music ( we hope) and more.
Making this a success takes a lot of effort and we hope we will have lots of volunteers for this. Our neighbor Emily Mann has gracioulsy agreed to be the coordinator so PLEASE contact Emily and let her know how you can help. Her email is mannmanor2230@gmail.com. Coyotes
Please be mindful of where your pets are during the day and the night. The coyotes are HERE and have been seen in a number of areas.
Also - our song birds need protection from our pet cats - another reason to keep them inside.
