From Emory: Emory University will test campus emergency sirens on Friday, August 10 as a part of a recent upgrade installation.  The sirens will be tested for brief periods between 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. along with a test of the siren's PA system.  In the event of an actual emergency, the sirens will sound for three minutes and other components of the emergency notification system will be initiated with detailed instructions for the community.
