The final meeting on the CHCA/MANA Traffic Control proposal will take place at the North Decatur Presbyterian Church, 20 November from 7-9.
This meeting will be used to present the final plan, turn the plan over to the county, and discuss what will happen over the next 60-90 days to 6 months.
There will be a presentation of the two possible options proposed for traffic control enforcement:
1. A hang tag program connected to an ordinance process with periodic police enforcement and
2. A tax benefits district proposal that would promulgate the hang tag program and give us one police person dedicated to the CHCA and MANA area at a cost of $25 per household per year.
Further developments and information will be communicated on the neighborhood websites.
