Clairmont Heights and MANA residents are invited to attend the first meeting concerning the Implementation Phase for the traffic control plan that was co-developed with the Medlock Area residents in last year's series of Planning Phase meetings.
The meeting will be held on February 5th from 7-9 PM at the North Decatur Presbyterian Church. There is plenty of parking available in the church's lot or near the church.
Interested residents who did not attend the Phase I planning meetings last year will have a period of time allotted to ask questions about the traffic control plan developed by their neighbors. Please note that the traffic control plan is in no way connected to traffic calming and does not use traffic calming devices.
The majority of the meeting time will be used to review a draft ordinance to authorize police enforcement of the traffic control signage, and to review a draft implementation policy for the traffic control plan.
Please watch for announcements of future meetings to be listed on the CHCA website, in listserv announcements, in neighborhood newsletters, and in posted signs at neighborhood intersections.
