Newly planted trees in Mason Mill Park
As part of the legal settlement with opponents of the South Peachtree Creek Trail, the county recently planted some additional trees along one section in Mason Mill Park. Many of the trees don't look healthy. Commissioner Rader's office, in response to CHCA inquiries, has indicated that the "landscaper and nursery is responsible for one year for the health of the trees. If what has been installed does not live, the landscaper will have to replace it."
