Hey neighbors,
It's time for the Clairmont Heights Civic Association annual membership meeting where we elect officers for the next year. The meeting will be hosted virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, July 21st at 7:00pm. Agenda and call logistics are forthcoming.
All of the incumbent officers from this past year have accepted nominations for the upcoming election. These candidates and positions are:
President - Bert Ackermann
Vice President - Michael Dowling
Treasurer - Hal Bailey
Recording Secretary - Valarie Basheda
Co-Corresponding Secretary - Cindy Giver
Co-Corresponding Secretary - Eric Gilbert
We will also vote on a proposed amendment to our by-laws. Both the by-laws and amendment are viewable on our CHCA website.
We will also have a guest speaker: Marshall Orson, Dekalb Board of Education District 2 Representative and Board Chair. Take this opportunity to ask him anything.
