Clairmont Heights Civic Association (CHCA) is a neighborhood organization in unincorporated DeKalb County, Georgia, with voluntary membership. We seek to organize positive community events and activities, keep area residents informed, and improve the overall quality of life in Clairmont Heights.
The CHCA Board hopes our organization can serve as a catalyst for productive discussions about neighborhood issues. We provide a forum where residents can offer suggestions. We have committees that address our local schools and parks, traffic and public safety, development plans and zoning, and communications.
